Don’t judge a book by its cover: Make sure you identify any costly troubles that may not be visible during a showing:
Save Money: eliminate any future repairs/maintenance that can occur down the road, for example rewiring the house.
Negotiate: could give you leverage to negotiate a lower price if your findings discover any serious problems. Also give buyers the ability to back out of the contract.
Seller’s Repairs: allows you to require the seller to make the repairs necessary before exchanging any money. If they don’t comply, you can ask them to take that amount off the total home price.
Know What You’re Buying: Ensuring that you are fully aware of what you’re purchasing and not surprised down the road with unnecessary repairs or maintenance.
